The preferred platform for confidentiality is “Doxy.me.” We will send an access link through WhatsApp or email. Other applications such as WhatsApp or Google Meet are also valid.
The sessions are focused on building a therapeutic alliance that allows us to understand your situation’s reasons, and we can reach viable solutions. For this alliance process, it is necessary to build enough confidence in the process; that is why you will find a cordial, trustworthy environment, free of judgments and comprehensive understanding in my sessions. The first session is one of exploration; in this, I will have a better idea of what is happening with your situation.
At Bemotion, we guarantee that from the first session, you can find tools that allow you to healthily express your emotions and recognize those elements necessary to build a new reality without the problems that are afflicting you at the moment. In each session, we will explore the positive changes you have been experiencing and how to maintain them in that desired future in the absence of the problem. The sessions are scheduled according to how your situation presents itself and your willingness to continue in the process.
The frequency and number of appointments will depend on each particular case and are agreed upon during the first session.
The individual sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes. The couple or family sessions can last between 60 and 90 minutes. In Bemotion, you can have peace of mind. Depending on how busy the agenda is, if we need to exceed the stipulated time, you will not have an additional cost.
Changes can be viewed and evidenced from the first consultation. These will depend largely on the commitment and cooperation you invest in the process. In most cases, clients find the answers to begin to solve or alleviate their situations in treatments that range from three to four sessions. It is recommended to do follow-up sessions (3, 6 or 12 months) to evaluate and reinforce the positive changes previously acquired during the initial treatment.
Payment is made before each consultation through PayPal.
We guarantee that the information discussed during the sessions is completely confidential. At bEmotion, we follow confidentiality policies according to the Professional Practice Standards For Registered Psychotherapists and the PHIPA-Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004.
