How do you think that physics, mathematics and equations are related to productivity or the way of being functional in our lives?
James Clear, the author of Atomic Habits, found a way to do this using Newton’s three laws of motion. Based on theories and physical equations, James analyzes what causes us to stagnate and not progress in reaching our goals.
Applying Newton’s laws of motion in our behaviors we will be able to know the variables that lead us to be unproductive. And we already know that making “reflective stops” in our lives leads us to be able to identify what is not right in order to focus all our effort on manipulating and changing those things that we are not doing well, as we do in a mathematical equation.
